Operations break when data and handoff are fragmented

TRANSPORT360 aligns intake, planning, and execution so everyone works from the same run—without another generic “logistics platform” slide deck.

Challenge

Freight data lives in spreadsheets and chat

Solution

A freight inbox with import, filters, and status from unplanned to complete.

Challenge

Driver handoff is calls, PDFs, and guesswork

Solution

One execution link per route—checklist and uploads tied to the trip.

Challenge

No clear view of what’s done or blocked

Solution

Checklist progress, documents, and operational signals in one place.

What this replaces

Replaces

  • Excel
  • calls
  • WhatsApp chaos

With

  • one route
  • one link
  • one checklist

No training required—drivers aren't onboarded to another app; they follow the link you send.

How it works

Four steps from intake to visibility—matching the product flow.

01

Import or add freight

CSV from Excel or manual entry into the freight inbox—windows, cargo, and requirements.

02

Turn freight into a route

Create a trip with pickup, stops, and delivery; checklist items align to stops.

03

Share the route with the driver

Generate a secure link (/r/…) for execution; optional lock after handoff.

04

Track execution & blockers

See checklist completion, uploads, trip status, and what still blocks closing the run.

No training required. Dispatchers set it up. Drivers just open a link.

Everything you need to move from plan to proof

Feature set grounded in the modules you already use: Freights, Trips, Shares, execution, documents.

Freight inbox

What it does: Pulls loads into one operational list—filter by status, import from CSV, promote into trips when ready.

Why it matters: You stop losing freight in spreadsheets and side threads; the next action is always obvious.

Runs with ordered stops

What it does: Build trips with pickup, stops, delivery, and windows—the same trip your team edits day to day.

Why it matters: Everyone works off one plan so timing and handoffs don’t drift between tools.

Stop-scoped checklists

What it does: Attach tasks to pickup, intermediate stops, and delivery—only what matters at that stop.

Why it matters: Drivers know exactly what “done” looks like before they roll to the next leg.

Driver execution view

What it does: A focused screen for the current stop: confirm, photo, document, notes—no app training required.

Why it matters: Execution happens in the cab, not in callbacks—proof lands where dispatch already looks.

One link per route

What it does: Tokenized URLs for handoff; you choose when the plan locks after sharing.

Why it matters: One URL replaces PDFs, screenshots, and “did you get the update?” follow-ups.

Completion & blockers

What it does: Trip status, checklist progress, uploads, and alerts in one operational view.

Why it matters: You see what’s blocking close-out before it becomes a customer or compliance issue.

Built for dispatchers and drivers

Dispatchers

You stay in control

  • Create and hand off routes fast from freight or scratch—with stops and execution requirements.
  • Assign what the driver must confirm, photo, or upload before the run can close cleanly.
  • Track progress, documents, and blockers without chasing drivers in separate channels.
Drivers

No training required

  • Open one link for the run—no separate app training project.
  • Jump to stops in Google Maps from the execution view when addresses are on the trip.
  • Complete checklists and upload proof (photos, documents) tied to the route.

FAQ

How fast can I get started?

Most teams create their first route in under 5 minutes.

Do drivers need an account?

Drivers can execute a shared route via the link without a full dispatcher account. In-app driver experiences use your org’s driver profiles when you assign them inside TRANSPORT360.

Can I share route links?

Yes. Dispatch generates a tokenized URL (e.g. /r/…) for the trip so the driver opens execution in a browser.

Can I import freights from Excel?

You can import CSV exported from Excel into the freight inbox; required columns include reference, pickup, and delivery at minimum.

What is included in the 30-day trial?

Full product access for your organization: freights, trips, shares, checklists, documents, and execution—so you can run a realistic pilot.

Can I add employees after signup?

Yes. After your workspace exists, you add staff and roles under your organization as your rollout expands.
